Intervenciones para la educación inclusiva del alumnado en situación de enfermedad crónica: Scoping Review

El acceso a la educación obligatoria, la continuidad educativa y la inclusión educativa se suele plantear como un derecho en la sociedad actual, sin embargo, las evidencias nos muestran que el alumnado en situación de enfermedad no siempre consigue sentirse incluido durante los periodos de convalecencia aguda y posterior reinserción educativa. El presente estudio busca explorar y conocer la realidad actual en relación con las intervenciones para promover la educación inclusiva del alumnado en situación de enfermedad crónica a través de un scoping review. Si bien hay algunas intervenciones documentadas o estudios que describen situaciones puntuales de inclusión educativa, queda en evidencia un vacío en relación con estudios que describan intervenciones realizadas en contextos educativos y que midan el impacto de estas. Las futuras líneas de investigación deberían centrarse en reunir evidencia en relación con intervenciones para la continuidad e inclusión educativa del alumnado en situación de enfermedad y la medición del impacto de éstas con el fin de conseguir una inclusión educativa en el ámbito académico, social y cultural del alumnado en situación de vulnerabilidad por razones de salud.
